When an Applicant applies for a Vacancy, scoring can be assigned to various parts of their application.
Scoring ranges can be from zero to any number with a maximum of 2 decimal places.

Standard Questions Scoring

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB.
  2. Select the Standard Questions folder and either select an existing Question or select the [Add new record] button (see Setting up Standard Questions for more details).
  3. Yes or No Question
    Enter the scores for Yes Answer Score & No Answer Score.
  4. Multiple Choice Question
    Enter the score for each of the Multiple Choice Options.
  5. When completed select the [Save] button.
  6. When an Applicant answers this question, these scores will be added to their Total Score.

Work Experience Scoring

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies Folder and either select an existing Vacancy or select the [Add new record] button (see Creating a Vacancy for more details).
  3. Next select the Work Experience folder & either select an existing Work Experience record or select the [Add new record] button (see Work Experience for more details).
  4. Enter the score relating to the Experience Type - Industry & Experience Length.
  5. When completed select the [Save] button.
  6. When an Applicant fills in the details for this area, this score will be added to their Total Score.

Education & Qualifications Scoring

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies Folder and either select an existing Vacancy or select the [Add new record] button (see Creating a Vacancy for more details).
  3. Next select the Education & Qualifications folder & either select an existing Education & Qualifications record or select the [Add new record] button (see Education & Qualifications for more details).
  4. Enter the score relating to the Education Type & Qualification Type.
  5. When completed select the [Save] button.
  6. When an Applicant fills in the details for this area, this score will be added to their Total Score.

Certificates and Licences Scoring

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies Folder and either select an existing Vacancy or select the [Add new record] button (see Creating a Vacancy for more details).
  3. Next select the Certificates and Licences folder & either select an existing Certificates and Licences record or select the [Add new record] button (see Certificates and Licences for more details).
  4. Enter the score relating to the Certificate/Licence Type.
  5. When completed select the [Save] button.
  6. When an Applicant fills in the details for this area, this score will be added to their Total Score.

Viewing an Applicants Score

Vacancy Manage Screen

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies Folder.
  3. Next select the Manage folder.
  4. Each Applicant will have a Total Score showing in the Score column for this Vacancy.
    Also in the Actions column, the link Export Summary will show a breakdown of the Scores for this Applicant Vacancy application.

Applicant Vacancy Screen

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Applicant Folder.
  3. Select an Applicant.
  4. Next select the Vacancies folder.
  5. Select a Vacancy they have applied for.
  6. Go to Score Summary SubTAB.
  7. This will show a breakdown of the Scores for this Applicant Vacancy application.
