Certificates and Licences

By defining any Certificates and Licences desired for a vacancy you are helping define the search criteria for the vacancy. Additionally you are enabling scoring of applicants against each other.

Creating Certificates and Licence entries for a vacancy

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies folder.
  3. Select the desired vacancy from the list.
  4. Select the Certificates and Licences sub-folder.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Fill in the fields.
  7. Select the Save button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Certificates and Licences fields explained

Field Name Description
Certificate / Licence Type You are selecting the certificate or licence

that is desired for this vacancy. To add additional certificate / licence types Select the Maintenance TAB, select the Code Library folder and search for Certificate / Licences Type, select Certificate / Licences Type and select the Codes

sub-folder. Select the create button.
Score By applying a scoring value for the education

and qualification you are giving points to any applicant that

does have this qualification.
