Work Experience desired for a Vacancy

By defining the work experience desired for a vacancy you are helping define the search criteria for the vacancy. This also allows you to score applicants against each other.

Creating Work Experience for a vacancy

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Vacancies folder.
  3. Select the desired vacancy from the list.
  4. Select the Work Experience sub-folder.
  5. Select the [Add New Records] button.
  6. Fill in the fields.
  7. Select the [Save] button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Work Experience fields explained

Field Name Description
Experience Type - Industry Select the work experience type that is desired

for this vacancy. To add more Industries, select the Maintenance TAB, search for Industry, select Industry from the list and

select the codes sub-folder, select the create button.
Experience Length Select the work experience length

that is desired for this vacancy. To add more Industries, select the Maintenance TAB, search for Industry Years, select Industry Years from the list and select the codes sub-folder, select the

create button.
Score Enter the score value the applicant will receive

if having this experience. Please see the article on how the

scoring system works for more information.
