Standard Questions

This is where you set-up standard questions lists in order to either select within a Vacancy or Assign to a Questionnaire. These questions will then be answered by Applicants when they apply via the Recruitment Portal

  5. Select Questions Type from drop down of: Yes or No, Free Text, Multiple Choice.
  6. Select if Mandatory. If yes, the applicant will have to answer the question.
  7. If Question Type is Yes or No, then:
    * Enter Score for Yes Answer Score.
    * Enter Score for No Answer Score.
    * Select Rejection Answer(Yes/No).
  8. If Question Type is Free Text, then:
    * Select Display Short Textbox, meaning the response box with be smaller.
  9. If Question Type is Multiple Choice, then:
    * Select Allow Selecting Multiple Option, this allows applicants to select multiple options when they answer the question.
    * Select Enable Radio Buttons if you only want them to select one of the multiple options.
