Setting up CPD

When setting up CPD (Continuous Professional Development) you are defining a goal of a Start and End Date with a targetted amount of hours for a particular Job within the company.

Adding New CPD Settings

  1. Select the Maintenance TAB.
  2. Select the CPD Settings folder.
  3. You will see a list of CPD records, if this if this list is empty then no CPD records have been setup at this point in time.
  4. Select the create button.
  5. Select the job name that you are applying the CPD setting to.
  6. Select the Start date in the CPD Start.
  7. Select the End date in the CPD End.
  8. Enter the CPD Target hours.
  9. Select the Save button.


Fields marked in bold are mandatory and must be filled in before the KPI Sub Type can be saved
