Performance Values

Values are attributes you can assign to an employee to record when they have demonstrated that attribute.

Creating And Editing Values

  1. Select the Performance option under the GENERAL area from the left hand navigation.
  2. Select the Values Folder.
  3. Select the "+Create New" button.
  4. Enter the Value’s Name.
  5. Enter the Value Description.
  6. Click "Save" (top right-hand side).

Mandatory fields are marked with a Red Asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
