=Performance Goals=
This is where you set-up standard questions lists in order to either select within a Vacancy or Assign to a Questionnaire. These questions wil then be answered by Applicants when they apply via the Recruitment Portal

Goal templates can be created within the system to assist employees in creating goals for themselves.<br>

# Question Name. Type in the question name here

# Questions Type. Select, Yes / No, Free Text, Multiple Choice

Performance Goals

Goal templates can be created within the system to assist employees in creating goals for themselves.

Creating And Editing Goals

  1. Select the Performance option under the GENERAL section from the left hand navigation.
  2. Select the Goals Folder.
  3. Select the "+Create New" button or select the desired Goal.
  4. Select the Business Objective Type from the drop down box.
  5. Select the Goal Type from the drop down box.
  6. Enter the Goal Name. This is what will be used when the employee uses the template.
  7. Enter the Points value that the goal will be weighted by.
  8. Click "Save" (top right-hand corner).

Mandatory fields are marked with a Red Asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
