===My Team's Performance Actions===

Announcements are a way to communicate strategy or news. These announcements can be assigned to departments. Announcements are separate to Mission Announcements, and can be sent at different times if needed.

+
Please note that not all actions may be visible at all times. Some actions may only be available when certain conditions are met within review process e.g. step must be opened to current user. Some actions may be disabled in workbench permissions.
A Mission can have multiple Announcements or Strategies. Each of them contains:
+
* One or multiple jobs that are linked to '''Skills''', '''Behaviours''', '''Values''' and '''Job Description'''
+
* Each Job has a manager that can:
+
** Populate '''Skills''', '''Behaviours''', '''Values''' and '''Job Description'''.
+
** Mark it as complete once they have finished updating the job.
+
* Once all jobs have been approved, an email will be sent to the Statement/Strategy Approver for approval.
+
