Employee Education & Qualifications

Creating Education and Qualifcations Records

  1. After logging into Subscribe-HR, select the Human Resources TAB.
  2. Select the Employee folder.
  3. Select the desired employee.
  4. Select the Education & Qualifications sub-folder from the left side menu.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Fill in the fields as defined below.
  7. Select the Save button.

Please note: If you are using e-Recruitment and Core-HR, when you hire an Applicant using the New Employee Transfer Tool, any Education and Qualification information including attachments will be carried across from e-Recruitment to Core-HR.

Education & Qualifications fields explained

Field Name Description
Start Date Date the employee started the qualification. Select the date from the date picker.
End Date Date the employee finished the qualification. Select the date from the date picker.
Education Type Which medium was the qualification delivered. Select the type from the drop down.
Institution Which Institution delivered the qualification. Select the Institution
Other Institution If the institution does not exist select the check box and enter the institution name manually.
Graduation Date Date the employee graduated from the institution for this qualification. Select the date from the date picker.
Qualification Type The qualification type means the level studied,

Certificate I, Diploma, Advanced Diploma. Select the type from

the drop down.
Qualification Name Enter the name of the qualification.
Checked By Enter the name of the person who confirmed this qualification.
Check Date Date the qualification was checked. Select the date from the date picker.
Subjects Subjects that were studied during the certification.
Notes Notes on the certification.
