Dashboard Security Permissions

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform. select "GROUPS" from the left hand side navigation, located under Maintenance.
  2. Either Create a New Group by selecting the "NEW" button. Or
  3. Select the "GROUP" that you want to amend / adjust.


Dashboard "SECURITY PERMISSIONS" allow you to define what panels are visible on the dashboard for various user groups through the use of the 11 defined Security Groups. Each security group in use will need to be modified.
Dashboard Permissions are located on the Dashboard Tab. So when you Click on or Create a Security Group, then click on that Group, you will see Tabs. These Tabs are: Solutions: Objects: Fields: Tools: Dashboard: Select Dashboard to access Dashboard Permissions. Example: You may want the Employee Self Service user group to only be able to view:

  • Employee Info
  • Quick Links
  • Leave Balances

And want the Line-Manager Self Service user group to be able to see:

  • Teams Records
  • Teams OH&S Records
  • Teams Training Records

Locating and Editing the Dashboard Security Permissions

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "MAINTENANCE" from the left hand navigation.
  2. Select the Groups Folder.
  3. Select the User Group you wish to adjust permissions for.
  4. Select the Permissions Sub Option.
    Under the Dashboard Tab, you will see sections and check boxes for choosing options to include the the Dashboard for that specific Group</b>
  5. Select the options you wish to add.
  6. Select the [Save] button.


The Dashboard will reflect what has been selected in the security permissions.
Each check box corresponds to an option. Example: Leave Balances, Quicklinks, Payslips etc

The payslip widget "Box" is only relevant if you are utilising an integration which allows Payslips to be imported into Subscribe-HR.

Options
RosterLive Link Use only if a RosterLive integration is being used. Will linkout to RosterLive.
NetSuite SSO Use only if a NetSuite integration is being used. Will linkout to NetSuite.
Performance Report Shows/Hides Performance Report Tab. This tab links to the PErformance Report tool in the Performance Module.
Human Resources
Employee Info Shows Basic Employee Details
Quick Links Important Links that the User can Quickly Access (Submit Timesheet)
Leave Balances How Much Leave the Employee has
My Analysis Information about the User Logged in E.g. Sick Days This Month
My Teams Analysis If you are a Manager, this will have information about the Team E.g. Performance Reviews this month
Company Policies Allows Users to Open Company Policies and Agree to them. For New Employees and Existing Policies and Existing Employees and New Policies
Submit Forms For Submitting Forms like OH&S Incident Forms
Payslips If there is a Payroll Integration, this is where the user can access their Payslips
Payment Summaries If there is a Payroll integration, this is where the user can access their Payment Summaries
My Tasks and Reminders Workflow Tasks and Reminders that relate specifically to the user will be accessible here
My Teams Tasks and Reminders Workflow Tasks and Reminders that relate specifically to the managers team will be accessible here
Recruitment
Recruitment Summary Summary Information About Applicants
Vacancies By Agency Vacancy Information relating to Agencies that are submitting candidates for that Vacancy
Current Active Vacancies Vacancies that are Currently being hired for
Last 10 Applicants Last 10 People that have Applied
Business Case Form Request to Hire Form which can be used to get Authorisation to Recruit. More often that now, this form will have been custimised or configured by Subscribe-HR
Current Business Cases Business Cases that are active
New Vacancy Wizard Tool that can be used to quickly set-up a Vacancy and also conduct a Talent Search based on historical Applicants and Employees. Posting Vacancy to Job Boards can be done using this tool also.
My Tasks & Reminders Shows the users outstanding tasks or reminders
My Team's Tasks & Reminders Shows the user the outstanding tasks or reminders of those on their team
Quick Links Shows the most common links used in the system and offers them to the user
Development
Administration Shows Counts of Development Areas like Objects, Elements, Relationships, Labels etc
Top 10 Object with Most Elements Top Ranking Folders/SubFolders with Field in them

HR Canvases Shows List of HR Canvases
Recruitment Canvases Shows List of Recruitment Canvases
Billing
Last Bill Details of Last Bill
Maintenance Allows users to check emails that were sent (mainly used for testing)
Top 10 Objects With Most Elements Displays the objects within the system that have the most elements inside them
Administration

Feedback User can submit Feedback to other people and link this Feedback to Skills, Goals, Values etc. Score can also be provided.
Employee can create skill or behaviour in feedback Allows an Employee to Create a Skill using the Feedback area in the Dashboard. So when Feedback Text is Submitted, it can be linked to a Skill and the User can Create a Skill from the Dashboard
Manager can create skill or behaviour in feedback Allows a Manager to Create a Skill using the Feedback area in the Dashboard. So when Feedback Text is Submitted, it can be linked to a Skill and the User can Create a Skill from the Dashboard
Employee can rate anyone When user uses the Feedback tool in the Dashboard, they can give Feedback to anyone in the business
Employee can rate only team members When user uses the Feedback tool in the Dashboard, they can give Feedback ONLY to people in their team
Can filter feedback and put it to quarantine If there are word input that are picked up by the Quarantine Filter, the Feedback will be removed. HR Manager will be notified of this
