It is recommended that the Subscribe-HR Employee Onboarding Solution is used for contracts. The Subscribe-HR Employee Onboarding and Offboarding solution offers a much greater scope of options including configurable workflows, letters of offer etc.

Job Board Settings

Customising the Job Board

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR Cloud HCM Platform.
  2. Select Settings from the top right option which is under your name.
  3. Select Recruitment. Scroll down and you will see options for changing the Job Board settings.

Vacancy Management Addition Additional Fields

These fields will be show in the Applicant record in the manage tool. For each Applicant, you will see a row with a field summary in it. If you select these options, you will be able to add more summary fields on this row/line. Please be aware that the more fields you add, the more you will need to scroll to the right to see the summary fields. You are not able to re order these fields.

New Employee Additional Fields

If you select these fields, they will be sent to Core-HR when you transfer an Applicant to Onboarding / Core-HR. You can Transfer / Hire Applicants in the Manage area against a Vacancy. If these additional fields have information in them, they will flow across.
