Applicant Referees
Applicant Referees can be used when an applicant submits an application offline and manual entry of the application is required.
In this instance you would create the applicant first if the applicant does not exist, and then create the applicant work history.
If an applicant has applied through the Online Portal, or Intranet most of these details may already be filled out for you,
and the referees area can be used for record purposes.
Creating Applicant Referees
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
- Select the Applicant folder.
- Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
- Select the Referees sub-folder.
- Select the Create button.
- Fill in the fields.
- Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the referees record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Referee fields explained
Field Name | Description |
Title |
The title of the referee. |
First Name |
The first name of the referee. |
Surname |
The surname of the referee. |
Company |
The company name the referee works at if the applicant used to work with them. |
Job Title |
The job title of the referee if the applicant used to work with them. |
Phone |
The phone number of the referee. |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the referee. |
Address 1 | Address Line 1 of the referee. |
Address 2 | Address Line 2 of the referee. |
Suburb | Suburb where the referee is located. |
State | State where the referee is located. |
Post Code | Post Code where the referee is located. |
Country | Country where the referee is located. |
Relationship |
The type of working relationship the applicant had with this referee. |
Work History |
If this referee can be linked to previous work history, then check the box and select the appropriate work history. |
Notes | Any notes or comments from the referee can be entered. |
