Applicant Background - Criminal Records Check

By creating a Background check in the system you are creating what would become an official record and certifying that a check has been performed for the selected Applicant. For Team Dashboards. This information will flow through to the Employee Record if hired. You can confirm these records in the From Applicant Tab in the Compliance Widget in Team Dashboards. CVCheck information will be stored in this Sub Folder. The Mappings in the CVCheck APP, will link the CVCheck Package information into the relevant Sub Folder. If there is a CVCheck Order ID, the Check was done through CVCheck. If there is no Order ID it was done without CVCheck. Order ID will only appear if CVCheck is installed. Manual Subscribe-HR checks information can be record for this item, through the relevant Widget (Vacancy Management Widget in Team Dashboards). Select the relevant "Action" to do this.
