Creating New Roles

This is the part of the system where you can create new roles. New Roles allows you to Assign roles to a number of people in order to be able to send them (The Group), specific Workflows and Reminders.
Example: If there are a number of HR Managers in your business, you can assign each person to a Role (HR Manager) and send Workflows to all these people. This then allows any of the people in the Role to complete the task.
