The Employee Safety TAB records information regarding the employees safety in the workplace.
Recording Employee Safety Information
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES or PERFORMANCE" on the left hand side from the navigation area.
- Select the Employee folder.
- Select the desired employee.
- Select the Safety TAB
- Fill in the fields as defined below.
- Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Safety fields explained
|Has the employee completed a first aid course
|First Aid Renewal
|Date the first aid course needs to be renewed for the employee
|Date the employee completed an eye test
|Does the employee have a valid work permit
|Work Permit Expiry Date
|Date the work permit will expire for this employee
|Does the employee have an ID Card
|ID Expiry Date
|Date the ID Card expires
|Does the employee have a drivers licence
|Drivers Licence Number
|The drivers licence number
|Date the employee completed a health check
|Safety Review Date
|Date a safety review should be performed
|Is the employee qualified to be a fire warden
|Does the employee wear glasses
|Does the employee have a Key to access work premise
|Is the employee a night worker
|Does the employee use a Visual Display Unit for lengthy periods of time
