Employee Dependents

The Employee dependents area is where all dependents of the employee are recorded.

Creating Employee Dependents

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Human Resources TAB.
  2. Select the Employee folder.
  3. Select the desired employee.
  4. Select the Dependents sub-folder from the left side menu.
  5. Select the Title of the dependent.
  6. Enter the dependents First Name.
  7. Enter the dependents Surname.
  8. Select the dependents Gender.
  9. Select the relationship between the employee and dependent
  10. Enter the dependents Birthdate.
  11. Enter any notes on the Dependent.
  12. Select the Save button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
