The Employee dependents area is where all dependents of the employee are recorded.
Creating Employee Dependents
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES" on the left hand side from the navigation area.
- Select the Employee folder.
- Select the desired employee.
- Select the Dependents sub-folder from the left side menu.
- Select the Title of the dependent.
- Enter the dependents First Name.
- Enter the dependents Surname.
- Select the dependents Gender.
- Select the relationship between the employee and dependent
- Enter the dependents Birthdate.
- Enter any notes on the Dependent.
- Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
