Ratings
Ratings are the scale with which managers can rate particular elements.
Creating a Rating
1. After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
2. Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
3. Select the Add New Record button.
4. Fill in the fields as defined below.
5. Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Rating Fields Explained
| Field Name | Description |
| Rating Name | The name of the Rating |
| Rating Type | Selects the type of scale. e.g numeric, hats, stars |
| Display Type | Selects the way the rating is displayed. e.g. scale |
| Display Tooltip | Selects whether instructions and numbers appears when the mouse hovers over it. |
| Display Labels | Selects whether the names of each scale appears when the mouse holds over it. |
| Scale Generator | Choose where the scale begins, ends and where each step is on the scale. |
| Rating Scale Definition | Name each step on the scale, and how many points each is worth. |

- Skills Type. Enter these selections into the relevant code library.
- Skill Name. Type in the relevant skill name here.
- Skill Description. Type in the skill description here.
