Standard Questions
This is where you set-up standard questions lists in order to either select within a Vacancy or Assign to a Questionnaire. These questions will then be answered by Applicants when they apply via the Recruitment Portal
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, navigate to the Maintenance TAB.
- Select the Standard Questions Folder.
- Select the [Add new record] button.
- Enter a Question Name. Type in the Question here.
- Select Questions Type from drop down of: Yes or No, Free Text, Multiple Choice.
- Select if Mandatory. If yes, the applicant will have to answer the question.
- If Question Type is Yes or No, then:
* Enter Score for Yes Answer Score.
* Enter Score for No Answer Score.
* Select Rejection Answer(Yes/No). - If Question Type is Free Text, then:
* Select Display Short Textbox, meaning the response box with be smaller. - If Question Type is Multiple Choice, then:
* Select Allow Selecting Multiple Option, this allows applicants to select multiple options when they answer the question.
* Select Enable Radio Buttons if you only want them to select one of the multiple options.
* Add as many Multiple Choice Options as required (using Add Option link). You can add the options, and give the options scores. You can also enter a Rejection Message. To do this, click the Reject check box.
