This is where you set-up standard questions lists in order to either select within a Vacancy or Assign to a Questionnaire. These questions wil then be answered by Applicants when they apply via the Recruitment Portal

# Question Name. Type in the question name here

Performance Goals

This part of the system allows you to upload or enter performance goals. They can then be used in the Performance Review Sub Folder.

  1. Goal Type. This will need to be entered into the Code Library under Goal Type
  2. Goal Name. This can be types in with spaces left for information to be added into during the review ___ %, _______ Location
