==Creating Employee Training Records==
# After logging into the Subscribe-HR Cloud HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES" on the left hand side from the navigation area. 
# Select the <b>Employee</b> Folder.
# Select the desired employee.
# Select the <b>Training Records</b> SubFolder from the left side menu.
# Select the <b>[Add new record]</b> button.
# Fill in the fields.
# Select the [Save] button.

<b>Mandatory fields are marked with Red Asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.</b>

	<tr>
		<td width="232">Start Date</td>
		<td width="458">The date the training started for the employee.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td height="23" width="232">Finish Date</td>
		<td height="23" width="458">The date the training finished for the employee.</td>

		<td width="232">Course name</td>
		<td width="458">The name of the course taken by the employee.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Create External Record</td>
		<td width="458">Create external record allows you to link to a <b>Certificate /Licence</b> or <b>Qualification</b> in the system. If this is internal then leave this blank.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Type</td>
		<td width="458">The type of training.<br><i><b>Example:</b> External, Internal, Mentor, On-Line, Seminar</i>.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Training Request Date</td>
		<td width="458">The Date in which an Employee Requested the Training. This is a Self Service Training Request Function that can be linked to Workflow and Authorisation</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Status</td>
		<td width="458">The status of the training.<br><i><b>Example:</b> Booked, Completed, Rescheduled</i>.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Reason</td>
		<td width="458">The reason for the training.<br><i><b>Example:</b> Business Objective, CPD, First Aid, etc</i>.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Training Expiry</td>
		<td width="458">The date the training expires.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Cost</td>
		<td width="458">The cost of the training.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">CPD Points</td>
		<td width="458">Enter this to define how many CPD points relate to this Training.</td></tr>
<tr>
		<td width="232">CPD Current Total</td>
		<td width="458">This will display the accrued CPD total for the year define in CPD settings which is located maintenance.</td></tr>
<tr>
		<td width="232">CPD Hours Required Annually</td>
		<td width="458">From CPD Settings in maintenance. This shows how many hours are required in the CPD period for the current JOB which is held by the Employee.</td></tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Pre Course Brief</td>
		<td width="458">The date a pre-course brief should be performed.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Post Course Brief</td>
		<td width="458">The date a post-course brief should be performed.</td>
	</tr>
	<tr>
		<td width="232">Cost Type</td>
		<td width="458">Only visible during a Modify.<br>Select Course Type (<i><b>Example:</b> Fully Funded by Company, Part Funded, Self Funded</i>).</td>

		<td width="458">Any notes on the training course.</td>
	</tr>
