==Applicant Education and Qualifications==
Applicant Education and Qualifications can be used when an applicant submits an application offline and manual entry of the application is required.

In this instance you would create the applicant first if the applicant does not exist, and then create the applicant education and qualifications.

If an applicant has applied through the Online Portal, or Intranet most of these details may already be filled out for you, and the education and qualifications area can be used to view applicant data and run comparison reports.
<br>

By creating an Education and Qualifications check in the system you are creating what would become an official record and certifying that a check has been performed for the selected Applicant. For Team Dashboards. This information will flow through to the Employee Record if hired. You can confirm these records in the From Applicant Tab in the Compliance Widget in Team Dashboards. CVCheck information will be stored in this Sub Folder. The Mappings in the CVCheck APP, will link the CVCheck Package information into the relevant Sub Folder. If there is a CVCheck Order ID, the Check was done through CVCheck. If there is no Order ID it was done without CVCheck. Order ID will only appear if CVCheck is installed.

Manual Subscribe-HR checks information can be record for this item, through the relevant Widget (Vacancy Management Widget in Team Dashboards). Select the relevant "Action" to do this. 

===Creating Applicant Vacancies===
# After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
# Select the Applicant folder.
# Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
# Select the Education & Qualifications sub-folder.
# Select the <b>Create</b> button.
# Fill in the fields.
# Select the <b>Save</b> button.

				Select the type from the drop down.</td>

				<td width="232">Institution</td>
				<td width="458">Which Institution delivered the qualification. 
				Select the Institution </td>
			</tr>
			<tr>
				<td width="232">Other Institution</td>
				<td width="458">If the institution does not exist select the 
				check box and enter the institution name manually.</td>

				<td width="232">Graduation Date</td>
				<td width="458">Date the employee graduated from the institution 
				for this qualification. Select the date from the date picker.</td>

				<td width="458">The qualification type means the level studied, 
				Certificate I, Diploma, Advanced Diploma. Select the type from 
				the drop down.</td>

				<td width="458">Enter the name of the qualification.</td>
			</tr>
			<tr>
				<td width="232">Checked By</td>
				<td width="458">Enter the name of the person who confirmed this 
				qualification.</td>

				<td width="232">Check Date</td>
				<td width="458">Date the qualification was checked. Select the 
				date from the date picker.</td>
			</tr>
			<tr>
				<td width="232">Subjects</td>
				<td width="458">Subjects that were studied during the 
				certification.</td>
			</tr>
			<tr>
				<td width="232">Notes</td>
				<td width="458">Notes on the certification.</td>
			</tr>
