The Employee Leaver area records information regarding the exit of the employee from the organisation. Notice periods, Exit Interview date and reason for leaving are some information captured.
Recording Employee Leaver Information
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES or PERFORMANCE" on the left hand side from the navigation area.
- Select the Employee folder.
- Select the desired employee.
- Select the Leaver TAB
- Fill in the fields as defined below.
- Select the Save button.
Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
Leaver fields explained
|Leaver||Select if the employee is leaving the
organisation. This will mark the employee as a leaver and maynot be included in some reports.

|Date Left||Date the employee officially exited the organisation|
|Last Day of Work||Date of the last day or work|
|Exit Interview Date||Date of the exit interview|
|Exit Interview Notes||Notes on the exit interview|
|Would Rehire||Would you rehire this employee|
|Reason for Leaving||The reason why the employee exited the organisation|
|Voluntary or Involuntary||Use this Dropdown to identify if the person left of their own accord or not. This field is required for the Advanced Report / HR Metrics - Voluntary Termination Rate|
