Subscribe-HR Team Dashboards provides self installing Apps that allows Users to create a digital ecosystem by connecting Subscribe-HR to other business solutions like Payroll, T&A, Learning Management and more.

Payroll Apps

Subscribe-HR's self-installing Payroll Apps are designed based on the following principles and definitions:

  • Standard Configuration: Each Payroll integration is configured to include the standard integration points available via the API.
  • Standard Documentation: Each Payroll integration has a ‘Standard Configuration Document’ that outlines all the integration points included in the integration.

Note: No integration points outside those listed in the Standard Documentation can be added.

  • Payroll App: Each Payroll integration is packaged in a pre-configured, self-installing Payroll App.

Note: No extra integration points outside the App (which are listed in the Standard Documentation) can be added. If they’re not included in the App, they’re not available.

  • Import/Export Decision: The final Step of the Self-installing App requires Customers to choose between:
    • Perform initial import from [Payroll provider] to Subscribe-HR
    • Perform initial export from Subscribe-HR to [Payroll Provider]

Note: Customers MUST select ONE OPTION ONLY re the import/export step of the Self-installation process. Customers cannot set up data in both Subscribe-HR and Payroll and request both data sets to be mapped by Subscribe-HR. This request will be refused.

  • Pre-Configuration Sign-Off: Customers requiring a Payroll integration must indicate to the Project Team prior to commencing System setup/configuration which option (Import/Export) they will use, and this decision cannot change once confirmed.

Important information regarding Subscribe-HR's self-installing Payroll Apps

Before any data is configured in the Subscribe-HR System, the Projects Team will confirm with the Customer which of the following two categories applies to their Payroll integration process:

  • Category 1: Customers already using a Payroll solution (therefore the Payroll solution will have data in it that will be used to populate Subscribe-HR when connected via the Payroll App).

Customers must discuss this with the Projects Team and confirm in writing when the Project starts that they will be using/selecting the “Perform initial import from [Payroll solution]“ option as the final step of the Payroll App installation.

  • Category 2: Customers not already using a Payroll solution (therefore the Payroll solution will have no data in it when connected to Subscribe-HR via the Payroll App).

Customers must discuss this with the Projects Team and confirm in writing when the Project starts if they will be using/selecting the “Perform initial export to [Payroll solution]” option as the final step of the Payroll App installation.

  • Customer considerations re the above decision:
    • The above decision is final once made and changes cannot be requested part way through configuration/setup process.
    • Subscribe-HR will refuse all requests to map data between Subscribe-HR and Payroll if data is entered into both systems.
    • No additional integration points can/will be added to the Standard Configuration of Payroll Apps.
    • Customers who need integrations points outside the Standard Configuration will not be able to use the Payroll integration.

Subscribe-HR's self-installing Payroll Apps include:

  • NetSuite.
  • KeyPay.
  • iPayroll
  • Xero.
  • CloudPayroll.

Standard documentation is provided to all Customers during project kick-off.
