Activity Manager

The Activity Manager allows you to assign single courses to multiple employees. It also allows you to create new courses.

Using the Activity Manager

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, under "TOOLS" select "ACTIVITY MANAGER" from the left navigation.
  2. Select the Employees that you would like to assign the course too
  3. Click "Assign Course"
  4. Select the Course and fill in the relevant details
  5. Click "OK"
  6. If you would like to create new courses, Select "Create Course"
  7. The "Courses" tab allows you to view the courses that have been set-up and the number of attendees in each course. Click on the "Number" of Participants to see who the participants are.
