This tool is part of the new E-Recruitment Module.

This section is to replace the manage option of the existing vacancy Tab. In the Look-up window is displayed the applicants and field values Score(auto), Score(manual), Repeat/Undesirable This tool has five options across the menu bar.

  • Action
  • Progress To
  • Auto Progress
  • Position
  • Step

Action: This is the set of options that can be performed on the applicants, either one or many at a time. These options are hard-coded in the back-end. The set of options here are: Unsuccessful , Position Filled , Position Filled (No Email) , Withdrawn , Hired , Forward , Create Employee , Send Email , Interview

Progress To: This option allows you to takes applicants to the next stage of the interview process. The set of options here are: Interview 1, Interview 1 + schedule interview, Interview 1 + no email, Interview 1 + schedule interview + no email, Offer

These options are hard-coded in the back-end.
