This section is to replace the manage option of the existing vacancy Tab. In the Look-up window is displayed the applicants and field values Score(auto), Score(manual), Repeat/Undesirable This tool has five options across the menu bar.

Action: This is the set of options that can be performed on the applicants, either one or many at a time. These options are hard-coded in the back-end.
