Setting up Courses

Setting up and utilising Courses allow you to use Waiting Lists, to identify people who need training for that Course.

Adding Courses

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select Human Resources on the left hand side from the navigation area.
  2. Select Courses.
  3. You will see a list of Courses, if this if this list is empty then no Courses have been setup at this point in time.
  4. Select the Create New button on left.
  5. Enter the "Course Name".
  6. Enter the "Course Skills".
  7. Enter the "Course Type".
  8. Enter "Course Owner".
  9. Enter "Course Status". Active or Inactive. If Active, you will be able to select this course from the New Employee Wizard and also in the PDP.
  10. Appropriate for Knowledge Share Session.
  11. Enter a Maximum Desired Number of Attendees.

  22. The "Events" Tab Shows the Events that have been Scheduled for that Course. You can select the "Event" and open up the record.
  23. If you want to "Create" and "Event" from the "Course", Click the "Create Event" option. This will open up the NEW "Event" record, and copy all of the relevant details including the "Waiting List" to the Event.


Field Name Description

Course Skills Type in and Select the Skills from the Performance Skills Library which you want to link to this course. Course Type The type of course is based on whether the course is Internal, External, E-learning, Seminar.
BSB Number Enter the BSB Number for the bank and branch
Account Number Enter the account number
Bank Name Enter the Bank Name
Branch Enter the Branch Name
Split Type Select the Split Type which the employee pay will be split into this account.
Split Percentage If the employees pay is split into different accounts enter the percentage to be split into this account. Do this on any additional bank account details records to total a maximum of 100%. This field is dependent on the percentage option of the Split Type dropdown.
Split Amount If the employees pay is split into different accounts enter the amount to be split into this account. Do this on any additional bank account details records. This field is dependent on the currency option of the Split Type Dropdown.
