Ratings

Ratings are the scale with which managers can rate particular elements.

Creating a Rating

  1. After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
  2. Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
  3. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  4. Fill in the fields as defined below.
  5. Select the [Save] button.

Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Rating Fields Explained

Field Name Description
Rating Name The name of the Rating
Rating Type Selects the type of scale. e.g numeric, hats, stars
Display Type Selects the way the rating is displayed. e.g. scale
Display Tooltip Selects whether instructions and numbers appears when the mouse hovers over it.
Display Labels Selects whether the names of each scale appears when the mouse holds over it.
Scale Generator Choose where the scale begins, ends and where each step is on the scale.
Rating Scale Definition Name each step on the scale, and how many points each is worth.

Editing a Rating

  1. After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
  2. Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
  3. Select the desired rating.
  4. Modify in the fields.
  5. Select the [Save] button.


Deleting a rating

  1. After logging into Subscribe-HR portal, select the Maintenance TAB
  2. Select the More drop down box, and then select the Ratings folder.
  3. Select or mark the checkbox of the desired rating.
  4. Select the [Delete] Records button.
