Development Plan

This part of the system allows you to set-up development plan questions for employees and managers. If you create a question and assign it to the employee, the employee will only see that questions that have been set-up for them to answer. If you assign the question to a manager, the manager will answer that question, which will ne about the employee. The employee will not see the questions and answers that have been assigned to managers.

  1. Question Name. Type the name of the Development Plan Question into this field.
  2. Question Type. Select who you are assigning the question to: Manager or Employee.
