Recruitment

Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job.

Recruitment SubTAB

These fields when selected will show relevant information in the Manage Tool under the Vacancies Folder.

Stepping Tool Additional Fields

What other fields to include in the Stepping Tool. Example: Talent Pool, Last Contact Date(Type).

Applicant Basic Attributes

This allows you to select which of the Applicant attributes (fields) are included. Example: First Name, Surname, Birth Date, Gender, etc.

Applicant Address

This allows you to select which of the Applicant Address attributes (fields) are included. Example: Address1, Address2, City/Suburb, etc.


Mandatory fields are marked with Red Asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
