Recruitment SubTAB

Recruitment refers to the process of attracting, screening, and selecting a qualified person for a job. These fields when selected will show relevant information in the Manage Tool under the Vacancies Folder.

Stepping Tool Additional Fields

What other fields to include in the Stepping Tool. Example: Talent Pool, Last Contact Date(Type).

Applicant Basic Attributes

This allows you to select which of the Applicant attributes (fields) are included. Example: First Name, Surname, Birth Date, Gender, etc.

Applicant Address

This allows you to select which of the Applicant Address attributes (fields) are included. Example: Address1, Address2, City/Suburb, etc.

Mandatory fields are marked with Red Asterisk, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
