Onboarding and Offboarding Dashboard Option

This User Tab Contains Widgets:

  1. User Management

These widgets can be moved around in the Dashboard. They can also be removed from the Dashboard. This can be done in Maintenance --> Groups --> Permissions --> Select a Group and Go to the Widgets Widgets.

User Management

This widget allows for Users to quickly configure user access to existing employees. They can also quickly review employees who have/do not have access and users with access but no employee profile linked.

Field Name Description
User Group Assign Clicking this option will display all employees who have been assigned a User Account. Their associated user groups will display and you can quickly perform actions from this view.
No User Group Clicking this option will display all employees who have not been assigned a User Account.
User Group Only Clicking this option will display all Users in the system who do not have an employee profile linked.
Employee Name (Under "User Group Assign" and "No User Group" tab) The name of the employee. The number in brackets represents employees ID number within the system.
User Group (Under "User Group Assign" and "User Group Only" tab) Assigned group permissions will display under here. Number in brackets represent the Group ID number.
Action (Under "User Group Assign" tab) You can use this dropdown to deactivate user access, update employee's assigned group permissions, change username/email address, reset password, update timezone and update currency details.
Action (Under "No User Group" tab) You can use this dropdown to assign a permission group, change username/email address, update timezone and update currency details.
User Name First and Surname of Users will display here. Number in brackets represent the User's system ID.
Email (Under "User Group Only" tab) This is the email attached to the specified User. This is used when logging into the system
