New Task Wizard

The New Task Wizard allows Users to create and assign tasks to be completed.

New Task Wizard

  1. Select "START". Top Right hand side of Dashboard.
  2. Select "New Task".
  3. Enter the name of the task. E.g. "Buy flowers".
  4. Select the employee to assign this task to in the "Assign To" dropdown field. You can also click "Assign to Me" to quickly select yourself as the assignee or click "Create User" to quickly create a User to assign this task to.
  5. Enter in the Due Date and select "Specify Time" if there is also a specific time the task is due.
  6. You can apply specific filters to the task. Options include "HR", "Note to Self", "Onboarding", "Performance" and "Recruitment".
  7. Files from your computer can also be in the "Documents" section.
  8. Click "Next"
  9. A summary of the task you have just created will appear for User to review before final submission.
  10. When ready, click the "Submit" button to finalise and create this task.
