Timesheet Wizard

The Timesheet Wizard aims to provide a faster and simpler way for users to quickly create and/or submit timesheets straight from the dashboard. 4The whole process can be completed in a smart pop-up window which will be triggered though the START button on the Subscribe-HR Human Resources dashboard.

Creating and submitting a timesheet through the Timesheet Wizard

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, make sure you are in the Human Resources dashboard by selecting Recruitment from the top left dropdown of the dashboard.
  2. On the top right, click the "START" option and select "Submit Timesheet". Click Select to proceed.
  3. If you are performing this through the Manager or People & Culture dashboard, a popup will prompt for you to select which employee you are creating a timesheet for.
  4. The Current Week's timesheet will appear. you can click the left and right arrows in the top right of the wizard to go to the previous and next weeks respectively. Otherwise you can click in between on the Current Week button to select the date from the calendar that this timesheet begins on. You will only be able to edit current timesheets that have not been submitted.
  5. Once complete, you can click Submit to save and process the timesheet or click the save button to just save the timesheet but not send it through for approval.
