The New Vacancy Requisition Wizard allows you to create a Vacancy Request manually. You can create a New Vacancy Requisition by using the New Vacancy Requestition Wizard, or by clicking "New Requisition" from the top right hand side of the Vacancy Requisition Management Widget in the Recruitment Dashboard.

Vacancy Requisition Wizard

The Vacancy Requisition Wizard allows you to create a Vacancy Request manually. You can create a New Vacancy Requisition by using the Vacancy Requisition Wizard, or by clicking "New Requisition" from the top right hand side of the Vacancy Requisition Management Widget in the Recruitment Dashboard.

  1. Click "START" from the Top Right side of the Recruitment Dashboard.
  2. Select Vacancy Requisition from the options.
  3. Next section of the Wizard will allow you to select whether this request involves a completely new job or is coming from an existing job in the system. If you select the latter, you will have the option in the next step to select the existing job. Click Next.
  4. Next section will allow you to enter in the primary information of the requested vacancy including Vacancy Name, Reference number, Number of People to Hire, Department, Location and Division. Click Next.
