Leave Planner

The leave planner provides you with a quick and effective overview of all staff on leave by month and allows for better planning.

The Group By feature allows you to group employees by Department, Job and Location making it easy to see how many staff are available in each department, job role or location.


Using the Leave Planner

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select Tools and then select Leave Planner.
  2. You will see a screen will all employee's listed, Group By, Month and Year drop downs.
  3. Select an option from the Group By if desired.
  4. Select the month you wish to view.
  5. Select the Year you wish to view.
  6. Select the Refresh hyperlink.
  7. The Employee and Calendar screen will be refreshed displaying the information you requested.
