Assigning Property to a Job

When assigning property to a Job you are simply indicating that these are required pieces of property available to the Job. You are not assigning the property to all Job Holders.

Assigning Property

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, navigate to the ‘Human Resources’ TAB.
  2. Select the Jobs folder.
  3. Select the Job you wish to assign the property to.
  4. Select the Properties sub-folder from the left side menu.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Select the Active checkbox to make this active. You should see a tick in the checkbox.
  7. Select the Start Date by selecting inside the Start Date field.
  8. Select the End Date by selecting inside the End Date field.
  9. Select the Name of the property from the drop down.
  10. Select the Save button.

Fields marked in bold are mandatory and must be filled in before the benefit can be saved

Making Property Inactive

It is a good idea to not simply delete the property assigned to the job, unless necessary.
You can make the property inactive, that way you are not loosing Job Property history.

  1. Select the Jobs folder.
  2. Select the Job you wish to assign the property to.
  3. Select the Properties sub-folder.
  4. Select the Property record from the list.
  5. Select the Active checkbox to make this inactive. You should no longer see a tick in the checkbox.
