Creating a Project for a Job

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "PERFORMANCE" under GENERAL on the left hand side from the navigation area.
  2. Select the Job folder.
  3. Select the desired Job.
  4. Select the Projects SubFolder from the left side menu.
  5. Select the [New] button.
  6. Select the Name
    Select the Project Name from here.
  7. Select the Start Date Start Date of the Project.
  8. Select the End Date End Date of he Project.
  9. Select the Reason. Reason for the Project.
  10. Select the Employees. Select Employee Job Holders to assign to this project. If this is done, it will create a Project against the Employee Record. You can see Skills the Employee has and Skills required for the Job here.
  11. Select the Attachment. Link any Documents.
  12. Select the Notes. Notes around the Reward.
  13. Select the Save button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Job Project fields explained

Field Name Description
Project Name DropDown Name of the Project
Project Type DropDown Project Type.
Start Date Select from the Date picker. Start Date of the Project.
End Date Select from the Date picker. End Date of the Project.
Reason DropDown Reason for the Project
Cost Costs associated to the Project
Employees Select Employees and Create Employee Project Records
Attachments Any Documents that need to be attached
Notes Notes Field

Dashboard Widget is available to show: Employee, which Projects they are a part of. Managers, which Team Member belong to which projects and HR, all Project and all People. You can assign project to to people using TalentCubes and IQ Search. People can be assigned to a Project from this SubFolder or from Jobs - Projects - Project Members.
