When multiple Security Groups are assigned to a user the security permissions of each Security Group are merged together.

I cannot find the create or delete button on the page

If you cannot see the [Add new record], [Delete record] or [Save] button on a page, chances are you don't have enough security permissions to be able to create, delete or modify that record.
