Employee Other Inforamtion

The Employee Other Area records criminal records and disability information.

Recording Employee Other Information

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR HCM Platform, select "HUMAN RESOURCES or PERFORMANCE" on the left hand side from the navigation area.
  2. Select the Employee folder.
  3. Select the desired employee.
  4. Select the Other TAB
  5. Fill in the fields as defined below.
  6. Select the Save button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the record will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.

Other fields explained

Field Name Description
Disabled Does the employee have a disability
Disability Notes Notes on the disability and how to help
Criminal Records Check Date Date a criminal records check was performed on the employee
Criminal Records Check Type Type of criminal records check performed
Criminal Records Check Results Outcome of the criminal records check
Criminal Record Check By Name of the person who performed the check
Criminal Records Check Notes Notes on the criminal records check
