Performance Workflows

Performance workflows are used to define entire performance review process.

Creating a Rating

1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR , select Performance from the left hand navigation.
   
2. Select the Rating Scales folder.
   
3. Click [Create New] button.
   
4. Fill in the fields as defined below.
   
5. Select the [Save] button.
