Canvases and Documents

Any Questionnaires / Surveys / Documents that are interacted with by the Applicant during the Recruitment process, will be stored in this Sub-Folder. Please note, that if a Manager or an Employee is set-up to participate in any Applicant Surveys/ Questionnaires, their responses will be visible in this Sub-Folder. Security permissions need to be managed properly to put restrictions on this Sub-Folder if required. Any Reference check surveys which are sent to a referee, for that Applicant, will be stored in this Sub-Folder.

Creating a Criminal Records Check

  1. After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the Recruitment TAB.
  2. Select the Applicant folder.
  3. Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
  4. Select the Records Check sub-folder from the left menu.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Fill in the fields.
  7. Select the Save button.

Mandatory fields are marked in bold, the question will not be saved unless mandatory fields are filled in first.
