By creating a criminal records check in the system you are creating what would become an official record and certifying that a check has been performed for the selected applicant.

Any Questionnaires / Surveys / Documents that are interacted with by the Applicant during the Recruitment process, will be stored in this Sub-Folder. Please note, that if a Manager or an Employee is set-up to participate in any Applicant Surveys/ Questionnaires, their responses will be visible in this Sub-Folder. Security permissions need to be managed properly to put restrictions on this Sub-Folder if required. Any Reference check surveys which are sent to a referee, for that Applicant, will be stored in this Sub-Folder.

# After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, select the <b>Recruitment</b> TAB.
 
# Select the <b>Applicant</b> folder.
 
# Select the desired applicant from the applicants list.
 
# Select the <b>Records Check</b> sub-folder from the left menu.
 
# Select the <b>[Add New Record]</b> button.
 
# Fill in the fields.
 
# Select the <b>Save</b> button.

Canvases and Documents
