Classifications

The Classification field is a Code Library. Any additions to this field must be done through the Code Library.

Adding values to the Risk Assessment Classification Code Library

  1. After logging in to the Subscribe-HR HCM platform, select "MAINTENANCE" on the left hand side.
  2. Select the Code Library folder from the More tab.
  3. You will see a list of Library Codes, locate the Risk Assessment Classification Library Code and select it.
  4. Select the Codes subfolder from the left menu.
  5. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  6. Enter the classification name into the Code name field.
  7. Select the Save button.

Fields marked in bold are mandatory and must be filled in before the benefit can be saved

To enter additional codes into this Code Library

  1. Select the Codes subfolder from the left menu.
  2. Select the [Add New Record] button.
  3. Enter the value into the Code name field.
  4. Select the Save button.

Code Fields Explained

Field Name Description
Selected by Default If you want this value to be the default in the drop down then check this field.
Code System recognised code name.


The code field should be unique and not have any spaces in the name entered.
Example: fulltime NOT Full Time

This field is auto-generated if left blank.
Code name The value you wish to appear in the drop down
Code short name Short abbreviated name of look-up option
Code numeric representation Numeric representation of look-up option
Other name Self explanatory
Category code Name given based on linking to a category
