Action Plan
An Action plan is a development path for an Employee's personal growth. This tool can be used to record that plan, which can be created by a System Administrator user, the Manager, or by an Employee who has been given access permissions.

This widget is accessible on the Performance dashboard, and provides an easy way to create and track Action Plans
Widget Fields Explained

| Action Plan Name | Allows the creator to name the Action Plan for quick identification. |
| Action Plan Reason | Records the reason for the creation of the Action Plan. Available options are; *Skill Gaps Training
