1. Main page – job listing

This page shows:

  • The Job Title, which is click-able to apply for the job.
  • The data and time the job was listed.
  • The main points of the job.
  • The summary description of the Job listing.

2. Job details.

  • This section shows the main Job points, summary and detailed description of the Job.
  • The Apply Button is displayed at the base of the Job.
  • Clicking this button opens the Login Page.

3. Job application.

  • The Login page requires the email address to be entered.
  • This is a mandatory field and is used to identify the applicant in all stages of the application process.
  • The email address will determine the path the applicant proceeds.
  • If the email exists, it will proceed to login details page
  • If the email does not exist, it will proceed to uploading the resume.
  • The Privacy Policy check Box is shown here.
  • The Link to the corporate privacy policy is shown.

4. Job application; Applicant’s email is not stored in database.

Here there are two options.

  1. To upload a Resume.
  2. To apply with LinkedIn.
  • The Submit is selected after this point to proceed.

5. Job application – details

The fields that are set for general applicant details are shown on this page. The standard field set are:

  • Title, Firstname, Lastname, Email, Address 1, Address 2,
  • City/Suburb/Town, State,
  • Postcode, Country, Password, Confirm Password, Upload resume, {Resume Display}

The option to click Next is displayed at the base of the application.

6. Job application – questionnaire (not implemented yet)

Fill in details when its been supplied.

7. Job application – Summary

This is the summary display of the application steps, with two options at the base of the screen to submit now or later.

8. Job application – Confirmation

This shows text of the Confirmation message. This is displayed after the application has been completed.
