Creating On-line Portal Settings

The On-line Portal Settings under the Maintenance TAB allows you to configure the attributes of your On-line Recruitment Portal. Key aspects of this area of the system are:

  1. Enable Questionnaires. If this is checked, the Questionnaires that you have outlined, when assigned to a Vacancy, will be used in your portal.
  2. Default Microsite Steps. If you have not used Custom Steps which can be activated against a Vacancy this Default Stepping process will be used by Applicants when they apply for Vacancies via the On-Line Portal. This applies only to newly created vacancies. Cloned Vacancies will hold the steps of the copied vacancy.
  3. Privacy Policy. Please remember to change Subscribe-HR to your Company Name.
