Export Settings Explained
This is where you link your Jobs Boards to your Subscribe-HR System. Jobs boards include Seek, MyCareer and CareerOne.
Setting up Export Settings
- After logging into the Subscribe-HR portal, go to the Maintenance TAB.
- Select the Export Settings Folder.
- SEEK Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to SEEK Jobs Board.
- SEEK Account ID. This needs to be obtained from SEEK and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
- ADZUNA Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to ADZUNA Jobs Board.
- ADZUNA Account ID. This needs to be obtained from ADZUNA and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
- Careerone Exporter Enabled. This needs to be Yes to allow for the export out to CareerOne Jobs Board.
- Careerone Company X Code. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne and input here so when the Ads are exported it know which account is yours.
- Careerone Account ID. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne.
- Careerone Account Password. This needs to be obtained from CareerOne.
