My Info
You can view and update your own information by selecting My Info. This option is for Employee Self-Service.
- Select "START". Top Right hand side of Dashboard.
- Select the "My Info" option.
- Select the Folder you would like to access. These folders are shown based on Permissions.
- You will see the information related to that folder. E.g. Absence with show all of the Absence record for the Employee.
- The View, Edit and Delete options are show based on how Permissions Group setting.
- If you create a New Record, it will be show in Green at the top of the List. The Green highlight will show for 5 seconds after creating the new record.
- START - This is where all your interaction options exists.
- New - Allows you to create a new Record.
- Save - Allow you to Save a Record.
- Delete - Allows you to Delete a Record.
- View - Click on the Record you want to view.
- Breadcrumbs - Show down the bottom left of the screen so you can navigate backwards, easily.
- Back - Allow you to go Back one step.
